Overall, great experience. Love having these conversations and this work is so damn important. I like having tangible workbooks and things to do as well rather than just showing up to a call. Having the Telegram was a highlight too. There's not a lot that I would change since I think it was value for money.
Module 3 hit for me. Embodiment. Bro. ''If you feel like an imposter, it's likely you are being an imposter.'' This stood out to me and at first, I was taken back. I sat with it for a while after the call and I wrote down the things in my service where I felt like an 'imposter'. I realised I felt that way because I wasn't strong in those areas and therefore I couldn't deliver on these things with ease. Thanks for pulling me up on my shit x
My biggest takeaway from The IT Factor was a revelation I didn't see coming.
